Tips for Success
- Include a flyer, business card, postcard, or PIP with your sample (along with your website and contact info).
- Give people instructions on how to use it.
- Follow up with people within 72 hours after you send them a sample.
- Only give a sample to someone if you get their contact information first. You now have their email and address. Make sure you keep in touch with them. Add them to your contact list. I added 19 people to my contact list just this week!
- People are going to ask you for all of the samples but build a relationship here. Figure out what they are working on and send them what they need only. If they buy from you, you can send them more samples.
