It’s vital that you launch your new reps properly (if you want them to stay in the business).
Keep in mind only 1 or 2 in every 10 people you enroll will want to do this as a business and be coachable and follow your lead. Focus on helping those people launch their business.
If someone tells you and shows you they want to make money and do this as a business, this is what you want to do with them within their first 24 to 72 hours.
_____ Help them place their first order and set up their auto-ship
_____ Find out their why
_____ Introduce them to your successful, plugged in upline
_____ Invite them to the team’s Facebook group
_____ Send them to the Getting Started Training on this website and have them go through it
_____ Have them make their name list of 50-100 people
_____ Have them attend the Tuesday webinar
_____ Help them contact their first 10-20 people and reach Executive quickly
Remember, you do not want to give your new team member information overload. They don’t have to know everything to get started. They will learn as they go.
If you follow these simple steps, there is no doubt in my mind you will help them get off to a good start.
