Welcome to the HB Naturals 90-Day Challenge, put on the by the HBN Rock Stars team.
Our current 90-Day Challenge starts on January 5, 2023 and ends on April 4, 2023. The cutoff date to join the challenge is midnight January 3, 2023.
Purpose
To create massive momentum and growth in your HB Naturals business. To compress your work and do more in 90-days than you would normally do in a year.
Rules & Details
Our challenge is 100% optional and 100% free. If you’d like to participate, you must commit to the following:
- PM me a copy of your goals and daily routine (I’ll give you an example) prior to January 5th.
- Make minimum FIVE exposures per day, six days per week for the entire 90-days.
- Post your daily summary/review in our chat daily, except Sundays.
- Finish the entire 90-days.
- Support and encourage others in the challenge.
- If you miss posting your daily accountability TWO consecutive days, you will be removed from the chat, the challenge, and team rotator.
To join our challenge, just PM me and I’ll add you to our group Facebook chat. The cut off date to join is January 3, 2023 at 11:59pm EST.

What is a 90-Day Challenge?
A 90-day challenge, also called a 90-day blitz, is when you go “all out” in your network marketing business and 5x, even 10x your activity. You focus exclusively on the income producing activities and make minimum 5-10 exposures per day.
How does it work?
You set aside a 90-day window and work your business minimum two to three hours per day, six days per week, for 90-days. You work smart and focus on exposures and follow ups, so you can retail, recruit, and team build. You do much more than you normally would!

To create excitement and build massive momentum and growth in your HB Naturals business. Almost every top earner has completed at least one 90-day blitz. Completing a challenge will also show you what you are capable of, and it will help you develop new habits.
Daily Checklist
Your daily routine and/or daily checklist is the key to your success with the challenge. What you want to do is identify income producing activities you will do each day of the challenge to grow your HB Naturals business. I’ve provided my daily routine below just to give you an example.

Keep in mind, I do these activities daily, six days per week. I rest on Sunday.
On a side note, your goals and daily activities don’t need to be as aggressive as mine, but you need to develop a plan that works for you.
What to Expect
- It’s a challenge, it will be tough.
- You won’t be motivated all the time, it’s normal.
- It’s easy to give up and quit, don’t do it!
- Your challenge must force you out of your comfort zone. It cannot be designed around doing what you are currently doing.
- The real purpose of the challenge is to help you develop new HABITS in your business.
- You might not hit every goal you set, but your business will be better off AFTER the 90-days is complete, compared to when you first started.
